Brussels, (Unib Rashid) – The Embassy of Pakistan in Brussels, in collaboration with COLEAD, organized a webinar titled “EU Agri-Food Safety Regulations: Key Updates & Compliance Strategies for Pakistani Exporters.” The session was held under INTPA’s EU Partnerships “AGRINFO Initiative” to disseminate information on EU regulations and policies.
Renowned experts from COLEAD, along with the Embassy’s Trade and Investment Attaché, provided participants with key insights into the latest EU agri-food safety regulations. They also outlined essential updates and practical strategies to help Pakistani exporters ensure compliance with European standards.
According to the Embassy’s Press Wing, the session attracted over 100 participants. This strong turnout reflects the growing interest and commitment within Pakistan’s agri-export community to enhance its presence and competitiveness in the European Union market.
The Embassy expressed pride in facilitating this important initiative, directly engaging Pakistani exporters, industry stakeholders, and government representatives. By improving awareness and capacity, the AGRINFO programme is supporting Pakistani stakeholders in meeting international standards and accessing new market opportunities.
The Embassy reaffirmed its commitment to continuing support for this initiative and announced that follow-up sessions will be organized in the near future.
