Geneva, (Unib Rahid) – United Nations Office at Geneva has reported that more than 38,000 women and girls have been killed in Gaza Strip between October 2023 and December 2025, amid ongoing hostilities in the region.
According to the statement, the deaths are attributed to sustained Israeli air bombardment and ground military operations. The figures highlight the severe human cost of the conflict, particularly for women and children, who are among the most vulnerable in densely populated areas.

The data further indicates that the fatalities amount to an average of approximately 47 women and girls killed per day over the reported period.
The alarming statistics have intensified international concern, with humanitarian organizations and global leaders continuing to call for increased civilian protection, accountability, and urgent efforts toward a ceasefire.
