Dubai (Tahir Munir Tahir) A two-day Global Property Expo organized by The Hans Global, Premier AIM Capital and Jannat Group was held at a hotel in Dubai to provide better residential facilities to Pakistanis living abroad in different cities of Pakistan.
The two-day Global Property Expo was inaugurated by Waleed Abdul Malik, Head of Dubai Economic Department. More than fifteen developers and real estate marketing companies participated in the expo. A large number of Pakistanis participated in the two-day exhibition and expressed their interest in various projects. Mian Munir Hans, Chairman of The Hans Global, said that there are more than sixteen lakh Pakistanis who are continuously employed in the Emirates who want to build their homes in Pakistan but cannot get residential plots for themselves due to their short stay in Pakistan.
For such people we have organized property expo. Representatives of various developers and real estate marketing companies were present to help people to acquire plots, land, property who will guide people properly to acquire property in the expo.
There are stalls of real estate projects from all over Pakistan Chairman of Premier AIM Capital Muhammad Ashraf Khan said that we have brought projects from Karachi to Gwadar and Murree in this expo, various projects include commercial and residential plots, flats and houses are vailable in installments.
Mr. Jannat Afridi, chairman of Jannat Group, said that he is grateful to the rulers of the UAE and the chief guest of the Economic Department, Waleed Abdul Malik, for providing all kinds of facilities to the overseas Pakistanis here. Jannat Afridi Said that it is a rare opportunity for overseas Pakistanis to buy a house, plot of their choice in this two-day expo which has projects from all over Pakistan.
