Pakistan Armed Forces’ Heroic Defense in Recent War and the Irresponsible Role of Indian Media
The recent war between Pakistan and India shook the region and drew global attention to the fragile geopolitical situation in South Asia. In this critical moment, the Pakistan Armed Forces demonstrated exceptional courage, professionalism, and strategic brilliance. As a nation, we extend heartfelt congratulations to our brave military for defending the homeland against a much larger adversary and ensuring the safety and honor of Pakistan.
India, considered the world’s third-largest military power, initiated aggression against Pakistan. Yet, the Pakistan Armed Forces responded with unmatched precision, determination, and faith, neutralizing the threat and turning the tide of the conflict. From shooting down enemy aircraft in broad daylight to safeguarding borders and citizens, the military’s success was a result of divine help, unwavering resolve, and national unity.
However, the role played by the Indian media during this conflict was deeply disturbing and shameful. Instead of promoting peace and responsible journalism, Indian news outlets sensationalized the situation, spread false narratives, and fueled public hysteria. This reckless behavior endangered lives and undermined the core principles of ethical journalism. A responsible media should inform and calm the public, not provoke and mislead them during times of crisis.
It is true that war brings devastation and is never a desirable solution. It destroys economies, claims innocent lives, and sets nations back by years. But when war is imposed, defending one’s land, people, and sovereignty becomes a sacred duty. Pakistan has always advocated for peace and diplomacy, but when attacked, the entire nation stood behind its armed forces like a wall of steel.
This war reminded us that national defense is not just the responsibility of the military, but of every citizen. We must foster unity, resilience, and sacrifice to ensure that no external force can threaten our sovereignty again.
Long live Pakistan. Salute to the Pakistan Armed Forces.
