To the Honorable State Authorities, NAB, Police, and All Relevant Law Enforcement Agencies

I, Noreen Sial, submit this appeal with a heavy heart and in a state of deep apprehension, seeking justice, protection, and urgent intervention from the relevant authorities.

I allege that individuals associated with *Gulf Alliance Builders and Bahria Enclave Islamabad—Mr. Irfan Alam, Mr. Waliullah, Mr. Majid Saleem, and Mr. Waheed Khan—*fraudulently obtained my valuable property in Faisalabad.

In 2020, I was promised property in Bahria Enclave Islamabad in exchange for my Faisalabad property, situated near UBL Bank, opposite Faisalabad Medical College. Relying on this commitment, the title of my Faisalabad property was transferred to Mr. Waliullah. Despite the passage of approximately five years, I have allegedly received neither the promised property nor an equivalent settlement. The present value of my Faisalabad property is approximately one billion Pakistani rupees, according to my assessment.

When I demanded that my rights be honored and sought the return of my property or fulfillment of the agreed arrangement, I and my family were allegedly subjected to serious threats. I was warned that, if I continued pursuing my rights, I, my son, and my husband could be kidnapped and harmed. These threats have caused my family and me profound fear for our safety.

I have approached various forums and authorities in the hope of obtaining justice, but I have not yet received the protection or resolution I seek. I further understand that numerous other individuals have also submitted complaints or applications concerning these persons, including more than 100 alleged applications before NAB and approximately 150 applications at different police stations. I respectfully request the competent authorities to verify these claims and, if substantiated, take appropriate legal action.

I therefore make an urgent and humble appeal to the Government of Pakistan, NAB, police authorities, and all other competent institutions:

1. Take immediate notice of my complaint and conduct a fair, transparent, and impartial investigation.
2. Protect me and my family from any threat, intimidation, harassment, kidnapping, or other harm.
3. Investigate the transfer and present status of my Faisalabad property and determine how the transaction was carried out.
4. Examine the allegations against the persons named above and take action in accordance with law if the allegations are established.
5. Investigate whether other complainants have suffered similar losses and whether there is evidence of a broader pattern of fraud.
6. Ensure that no person is allowed to intimidate or silence complainants seeking lawful redress.

I respectfully place my trust in the law and the institutions responsible for protecting citizens. I do not seek anything beyond justice, the protection of my family, and the recovery of my lawful rights and property.

I further request that, if any harm comes to me, my husband, my son, or any member of my family, the circumstances and any threats previously made against us be immediately investigated, and that appropriate legal responsibility be determined by the competent authorities.

I appeal with folded hands: please hear my plea, protect my family, investigate the matter, and ensure justice according to law.
