LONDON, 1st JUNE 2025, (TW) __ Junaid Ali BEM has been announced as a finalist in the prestigious BBC Radio London Make a Difference Awards 2025, in recognition of his outstanding dedication and impact within the community.
In an official communication from the BBC, the judges commended Junaid for his exceptional efforts, noting they were “so impressed by your efforts and dedication.” The message acknowledged the positive difference he continues to make and expressed the hope that he takes pride in the change he is bringing to those around him.
The BBC Radio London team also confirmed they will soon be in touch to arrange the recording of his story, which will be shared with wider audiences across the platform.
As part of the honour, Junaid Ali BEM will be invited to the official awards ceremony taking place this September at the BBC Radio Theatre in central London.
