LONDON, (TW News) – British-Pakistani Councillor Qaisar Abbas has once again achieved a remarkable victory in the local elections in England. He has become the only Pakistani and Muslim councillor to win from Thurrock Council, a district near London, for the third consecutive time.

Despite the growing popularity and strong election campaign of the Reform Party, he successfully retained his seat with an impressive victory.
