Brussels, (Unib Rashid) — Pakistan’s diplomatic mission in the European capital has expressed gratitude to the European Union for releasing funds to support flood victims.

In a statement issued by the mission, it said: “We thank EU and (High Representative for Foreign Affairs) Kaja Kallas for expressing solidarity with Pakistan in this difficult time.

The timely assistance is a welcome gesture and highlights the importance of the Pakistan–EU partnership in responding to humanitarian crises.”
