BRUSSELS, (Unib Rahid) – Belgian Prime Minister has highlighted the devastating human cost of the conflict in Gaza, stating that more than 15,000 people have lost limbs and are in need of prosthetic assistance, including approximately 10,000 children.
Expressing deep concern over the scale of civilian suffering, the Belgian Prime Minister questioned the international community’s response to the humanitarian crisis.

“Where is human dignity in all of this?” the Prime Minister asked, drawing attention to the plight of thousands of people, particularly children, facing life-altering injuries and long-term medical needs.
The remarks underscore growing international concern over the humanitarian situation in Gaza and the urgent need for medical assistance, rehabilitation and support for victims of limb loss.
