Brussels, (Unib Rashid) – A high-powered United States delegation led by Vice President J. D. Vance arrived in Islamabad on Saturday to participate in the ongoing Islamabad Talks, aimed at advancing regional and global peace efforts.
The delegation also includes Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and senior advisor Jared Kushner.
Upon arrival, the delegation was received by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Chief of Defence Forces and Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Asim Munir, and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.

The arrival of the US delegation marks a significant step in the Islamabad Talks, reflecting growing international engagement in Pakistan’s diplomatic initiative to foster peace and stability in the region.
