Islamabad, (TW News) — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with a delegation of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) in Islamabad to discuss the current political situation in the country and developments in the region.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister stated that the Pakistan Peoples Party is a key coalition partner of the government and has stood by it at every step in making important decisions for national development and progress. He expressed gratitude for the party’s continued support.
The participants held detailed consultations on the prevailing political landscape, strengthening cooperation, and the way forward in the national interest. Regional developments and their potential implications for Pakistan were also discussed.
The PPPP delegation included Senator Sherry Rehman, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Syed Naveed Qamar, and Ejaz Jakhrani.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar, Federal Ministers Ahsan Iqbal, Azam Nazeer Tarar, and Adviser to the Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah also attended the meeting.
