Luton: Charity Event Hosted by Allama Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti MBE.

London, (Shahzad Ali) __ A charity event was conducted in Luton under the patronage of the esteemed British Islamic scholar, Allama Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti MBE. During this event, a donation of £6,300 was presented by Bismillah Charity to support the construction of a children’s operating theatre in Kotli, Azad Kashmir. This project is being developed in partnership with the international organisation Kids Operating Room.

The event was attended by several prominent political, social, and community figures, including Lord Qurban Hussain, Sitara-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Conservative Party Luton Group Leader Councillor Raja Muhammad Aslam Khan, Dr. Tahir Mahmood, former Mayors of Luton Riaz Butt and Chaudhry Ayub, Coordinator of the Kashmir Solidarity Campaign Luton Haji Chaudhry Muhammad Qurban, Professor Mumtaz Butt, Councillor Anwar Malik, Dr. Yasin Rehman, Dr. Zulfiqar, Haji Jameel Chaudhry, Ishtiaq Chaudhry, Asif Ditta, Chaudhry Jahangir Ahmed, along with other community leaders.

The role of co-host was performed by businessman Muhammad Naeem. During his speech, participants described the charity event as a noteworthy example of humanitarian service, emphasising the commitment to providing modern medical facilities for children in Azad Kashmir.

Additionally, the speakers paid tribute to Allama Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti MBE, acknowledging his distinguished role in religious leadership and his persistent contributions to charitable initiatives and humanitarian causes. Bismillah Charity was also commended for its continuous efforts to support vulnerable and underprivileged communities, particularly its work in funding medical treatments and surgical procedures for children affected by thalassaemia.
