Vienna -The Pakistani Community Forum Austria (PCFA) held its meeting from 30th March 2024, which was co-organized by ARBEITERKAMMER & VOLKSHILFE – WIEN. The event took place at the Volkshilfe Wien in the 10th district Office and was attended by more than 50 researchers which included executives from numerous University students around Vienna.
The topics discussed at the meeting focused on the current social, economic, cultural, democratic and immigration policy issues. Arbeiterkammer Wien is a legal organisation, that represents of 4 million employees in Wien.
On this occasion (PCFA) President Nadeem Khan said that the purpose of our coming here was to discuss various top topics including, EU citizens, Third-country nationals, Asylum seekers,Persons granted asylum and subsidiary protection,Unemployment Rights,Skilled workers in shortage occupations (point system),Other key workers (minimum income, labor market test),Graduates (no labor market test),Highly qualified and EU Blue Card, self-employed, start-up founders
etc.. Nadeem Khan further said that our aim is to give a way to the Pakistanis in Austria to solve their problems and to go step by step with them.
Team PCFA aimed to provide more informative workshops for the community to full-fill upcoming challenges as Third-country Nationals. Finally, the entire team of (PCFA) thanked VOLKSHILFE – WIEN for organizing such a great meeting in which many issues were easily understood.
