Lahore, (TW News) __ The SME Cluster Expo 2026 was officially inaugurated on Friday with a prestigious ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Expo Centre, Lahore.
The inauguration was attended by Mr. Mashood Ali Khan, Member Board of Directors at the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA), and Mr. Haroon Akhtar Khan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Industries and Production. Their participation highlighted the government’s strong resolve to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and promote industrial development across the country.

Speaking at the ceremony, the dignitaries emphasized the critical role of SMEs in economic growth, employment generation, and innovation. They reaffirmed the government’s commitment to creating a business-friendly environment and strengthening industrial clusters to enhance competitiveness at both national and international levels.
The three-day Expo aims to serve as a national platform for collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth by bringing together stakeholders from various industrial clusters under one roof.
The SME Cluster Expo 2026 will continue until January 26, featuring exhibitions, networking opportunities, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
