PM Shehbaz Sharif Meets Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Jeddah, Discusses Regional Situation.

Brussels, (Unib Rashid) __ Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has met Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Jeddah. According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Pakistan, the meeting took place on March 12, 2026.

According to the Prime Minister’s adviser Mubasher Zaidi, the Pakistani premier held an important meeting in Jeddah with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who also serves as Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir were also present during the meeting.

At the outset, the prime minister conveyed his respect and best wishes to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and expressed deep appreciation for the Kingdom’s longstanding support for Pakistan. He also reaffirmed Pakistan’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia during this challenging period.

Both leaders held detailed discussions on recent developments in the region and agreed to continue working closely to promote regional peace and stability. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif assured the crown prince that Pakistan would always stand firmly with Saudi Arabia and would continue to support joint efforts aimed at maintaining peace in the region.
