Leeds, (Zahid Anwar Mirza) __ Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has announced a strategic partnership with leading railway companies in Canada and the United Kingdom to further enhance travel convenience for its passengers.

According to a PIA spokesperson, under this agreement passengers travelling to Toronto, London, and Manchester will now be able to continue their journey to their final destination by train using a single ticket. This initiative eliminates the need for passengers to book separate railway tickets after completing their air travel.

The spokesperson stated that PIA has introduced the “Air–Rail” facility in both Canada and the UK. Under this service, passengers arriving in Toronto can travel onwards to eight major cities across Canada, while those landing in London and Manchester can access rail connections to more than 50 cities throughout the United Kingdom.

He further added that passengers can conveniently book their railway tickets along with their airline tickets through PIA booking offices, registered travel agents, the official website, and the mobile application. This integrated service is expected to save both time and effort, offering a seamless travel experience.
