Brussels, (Unib Rashid) __ The series of active diplomatic engagements by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, continues.

In this context, Ambassador Rahim Hayat Qureshi held a productive meeting with the Head of Cabinet of the European Commissioner for Economy, Productivity, Implementation and Simplification, Mr. Michael Hager.

According to the Press Wing of the Embassy, the meeting focused on cooperation between Pakistan and the European Union in the areas of macroeconomic policy, fiscal discipline and simplification. Both sides also agreed to remain in close contact and continue regular engagement on these matters.
