London, (Shahzad Ali) __ The Pakistan High Commission in London hosted a Christmas celebration that was attended by Christian and Muslim leaders, as well as members of the British Pakistani Christian community.

Choirs from various churches performed traditional Christmas carols, enhancing the festive atmosphere of the event.

Emphasising the teachings of Jesus Christ, Pakistan’s High Commissioner, Dr. Mohammed Faisal, stated that Christ’s message of love, compassion, and universal harmony resonates across all faiths.

In a tribute to the Christian community, Dr. Faisal commended the dedication of Christian physicians, nurses, and healthcare workers, who have served with compassion and integrity—particularly during times of national challenge—and have contributed to strengthening Pakistan’s social fabric.

The event reinforced the High Commission’s commitment to fostering interfaith harmony and acknowledging the contributions of minority communities.
