“Unity, Justice and Honesty: Quaid’s Roadmap for Pakistan, Reminds Chaudhry Qurban”

On Quaid-e-Azam’s Anniversary, Coordinator of Kashmir Solidarity Campaign Luton, Haji Chaudhry Muhammad Qurban’s Statement

Luton, (Special Correspondent) — On the occasion of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s anniversary, Coordinator of Kashmir Solidarity Campaign Luton, Haji Chaudhry Muhammad Qurban, paid glowing tribute to the founding father and called upon Pakistan’s rulers to govern the country in the light of his principles and vision.

He said that Quaid-e-Azam was a great leader of the subcontinent whose wisdom, determination and struggle resulted in the creation of Pakistan as an independent and sovereign state. “Today, as we observe Quaid-e-Azam Day, it is not only an occasion to remember his sacrifices but also a reminder to adopt his vision, teachings and guidance in our individual and collective lives,” he remarked.

Qurban emphasized that Quaid-e-Azam always stood for the supremacy of law, public service, honesty, transparency, justice, and national unity in the making of a modern Islamic democratic state. He regretted that after independence, Pakistan repeatedly deviated from these guiding principles, leading the country into internal and external challenges.

He added that it was imperative for the ruling class to discharge its responsibilities in line with Quaid-e-Azam’s directions. “If state affairs are conducted with honesty, transparency, and strict adherence to the rule of law, no force can stop Pakistan from achieving development and prosperity,” he said.
Qurban further stated that a strong and dignified nation could only be built if the people themselves adopted the principles of honesty, discipline, responsibility, and unity in their daily lives. “As the Quaid rightly said, ‘Nations are built through sacrifices.’ We must embrace this spirit of sacrifice both individually and collectively to strengthen the nation,” he stressed.

He underlined the role of the Pakistani and Kashmiri community in the UK, particularly the younger generation, in carrying forward the Quaid’s vision. “The youth are the real asset of any nation. If we fail to acquaint them with Quaid-e-Azam’s life and teachings, they risk losing touch with their history and weakening their national consciousness. It is essential that community organisations, institutions, and educational bodies in Britain work on this front seriously,” he urged.

He called for organizing events, seminars, debates and educational activities to highlight Quaid-e-Azam’s struggle, character, and vision, thereby inspiring the younger generation with practical examples of his leadership. “From the platform of the Kashmir Solidarity Campaign, we also emphasize the need to connect our youth with their roots and history through intellectual and educational initiatives based on Quaid-e-Azam’s vision and the ideology of Pakistan’s founders,” he added.

In conclusion, Haji Chaudhry Muhammad Qurban said that Quaid-e-Azam’s anniversary should be marked with a collective pledge to transform Pakistan into a state that embodies peace, justice, unity and progress. “If the rulers realize their responsibilities and the people implement Quaid’s teachings in their lives, Pakistan’s future will be bright and its prestige in the world will be enhanced,” he said.
