Brussels, (Unib Rashid) – The European Union’s newly appointed Ambassador to Pakistan, Raimundas Karoblis shared details of his first month of engagements in Islamabad.
According to a social media message released by the EU office in Islamabad, the Ambassador described his initial month as “productive.”

He held meetings with Federal Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs, Aurangzeb, and Economic Affairs Division Secretary, Humair Karim.
During the discussions, Ambassador Raimundas Karoblis presented the EU’s grant portfolio for Pakistan focusing on green inclusive growth, human capital development and governance. The talks also covered broader themes, including the Pakistani economy, avenues for European investment, and opportunities available to investors in Pakistan.
