Brussels, (Unib Rashid) — Chairman of the Kashmir Council Europe, Ali Raza Syed, has emphasized that the Kashmir issue remains an internationally recognized dispute that must not be overlooked amid ongoing global crises.

In a statement issued in the context of rising tensions, particularly in the Middle East, he urged the international community to continue focusing on the rights of the Kashmiri people and avoid sidelining the issue.

Ali Raza Syed called on Kashmiri leaders, especially those based in Europe and Western countries, to unite and intensify efforts to highlight the القضية on global platforms. He stressed the need to prioritize a peaceful resolution rather than becoming distracted by other international developments.

He further stated that Kashmiris, themselves victims of oppression, stand in solidarity with other oppressed communities worldwide. Despite ongoing challenges, he reaffirmed that the people of Kashmir remain committed to their right to self-determination.

Concluding his remarks, he urged the international community to play a constructive role in resolving the dispute through peaceful means, noting that lasting peace in Kashmir is vital for stability and prosperity in South Asia.
