Brussels, (Unib Rashid) __ Officials from the Embassy of Pakistan in Brussels participated in an information session of the European Union’s global education development program Erasmus+, during which Pakistan also expressed its interest in participating in other components of the project.
According to details, the session focused on key actions under the Erasmus+ program, including Capacity Building in Higher Education, International Credit Mobility, Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees, and Jean Monnet Actions, highlighting opportunities for international academic cooperation.

In his welcome remarks, Charge d’Affaires Muhammad Faisal Fayyaz emphasized Erasmus+ as an important platform for academic partnership between Pakistan and the European Union. He underlined the need to maximize the use of Erasmus+ opportunities—particularly credit mobility and Jean Monnet initiatives—to further strengthen cooperation in education, policy dialogue, and people-to-people exchanges between Pakistan and the EU.
