Brussels, (Unib Rashid) __ Chairman of the Kashmir Council EU, Ali Raza Syed, met with Pakistan’s Ambassador to the European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, in Brussels and presented him with the recently published book “Kashmir – Wait and See” by renowned Belgian photojournalist Cedric Gerbehaye.

On the occasion, the ambassador appreciated the role and support of Kashmir Council EU in highlighting the Kashmir cause. He described the publication of the photographic book as significant, noting that it effectively portrays the hardships faced by the people of Kashmir under Indian occupation.

It is worth mentioning that Chairman Ali Raza Syed, along with Cedric Gerbehaye and a delegation of European citizens, had also visited Pakistan for exhibitions of the book. Major exhibitions were held in Islamabad, Muzaffarabad, and Lahore, where a large number of people attended and learned about the suffering of the people of occupied Kashmir through the photographs.
