BRUSSELS/ISLAMABAD, (Unib Rashid) – A dinner reception hosted by Mr. Kunwar Qutubuddin Khan, Chairman, Lakeshore Towers, in honour of Engr. Ghulam Safdar, President of the Pakistan Investors and Business Forum (PIBF) Riyadh, was followed by a visit to TopCity-1 to review ongoing development and investment opportunities.

The reception, held at Kunwar House, brought together business representatives for discussions on strengthening Pakistan-Saudi commercial and investment relations.

During the subsequent visit to TopCity-1, Engr. Safdar was accompanied by Mr. Ali Qutub Khan, CEO, Lakeshore Towers, and Mr. Nadeem Ahmad Rao, CEO, City2 Group. The delegation toured the newly launched Lake District and reviewed the ongoing structural development of Lakeshore Towers.

The visit provided an opportunity to assess the development firsthand, including its construction standards, engineering execution and strategic location.

Following the visit, Engr. Safdar expressed his intention to promote the projects within his business network in Saudi Arabia and explore opportunities for attracting targeted investment into Pakistan’s real estate and allied sectors.

The visit formed part of a broader initiative to connect Pakistani businesses and development projects with the overseas Pakistani and Saudi business community.

The engagement also resulted in further planning for an upcoming Investors Conference in Riyadh. A delegation comprising Pakistani business leaders and government representatives is expected to participate in the conference alongside PIBF Riyadh leadership.

The proposed initiative is aimed at facilitating direct engagement between investors and Pakistani businesses and identifying concrete opportunities for investment and commercial partnerships.
