Glasgow, (TW News) __ Consul General of Pakistan, Mr. Summar Javed, attended a session of Business Collect, an initiative convened by the Scottish Asian Business Chamber, which brought together senior business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers from across Scotland.

The event highlighted the significant contributions of the Scottish Asian business community to economic growth, innovation, and job creation, while promoting meaningful dialogue on leadership, emerging opportunities, and inclusive prosperity.

On the sidelines of the session, the Consul General met with the First Minister of Scotland, Mr. John Swinney, who attended the event as Chief Guest, as well as Ms. Kaukab Stewart, Minister for Equalities.

The discussions reaffirmed the importance of sustained engagement between Pakistan and Scotland and underscored the vital role played by diaspora communities in strengthening bilateral relations and fostering people-to-people connections.
