Bradford Mosque Hosts Spiritual Gathering on Isra and Mi‘raj and Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA).

Leeds, (Zahid Anwar Mirza) __ A spiritually uplifting programme was held at Jamia Masjid Al-Faiz, Bradford, on the themes of Isra and Mi‘raj of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the esteemed status of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA). Renowned religious scholars and naat reciters participated, while a large number of worshippers attended and benefitted spiritually from the blessed gathering.

Organised under the supervision of the mosque’s founder, Allama Muhammad Sajad Razvi, the programme featured insightful speeches by Allama Mufti Muhammad Aslam Siddiqui, Allama Abdul Samee Naqshbandi, and Allama Faizan Akram. The speakers highlighted the spiritual excellence and honour bestowed upon the Holy Prophet (PBUH) through the miraculous journey of Mi‘raj.

During their addresses, the scholars also paid rich tribute to the immense religious services of Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA), emphasizing that his immediate and unwavering confirmation of the event of Mi‘raj earned him the revered title of “Siddiq”.

The gathering commenced with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Hafiz Daniyal, while Zeeshan Azhar Qadri and Nasir Altaf Suharwardi presented heartfelt naat in praise of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Despite being a concise programme, the event was marked by deep devotion, enthusiasm, and love for the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The gathering concluded with special prayers for the Muslim Ummah, followed by the serving of food to attendees.
