Brussels, (Unib Rashid) __ Pakistan’s Ambassador to the European Union, Belgium, and Luxembourg, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, held a meeting with Mr. Andreas Schwarz, Head of Cabinet to the European Commissioner for Startups, Research and Innovation.

According to the Embassy’s Press Section, the meeting focused on strengthening academic collaboration through Horizon Europe, enhancing science diplomacy by connecting public sector scientific organizations, and promoting closer engagement through the startup ecosystem.

Both sides emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation in research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, underscoring the potential for deeper Pakistan–EU partnerships in these key areas.
