Brussels, (Hafiz Unib Rashid) __ Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, held a meeting with the European Union’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Mr. Raimundas Karoblis.
According to the European Union’s office in Pakistan, the discussions covered a range of important issues, including upcoming high-level bilateral engagements between Pakistan and the EU, the fourth Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum, the GSP+ monitoring mission, and recent developments in regional security.
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar welcomed the newly appointed EU Ambassador, Mr. Raimundas Karoblis, upon his arrival at the Ministry.
The Foreign Minister congratulated him on his appointment and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening Pakistan–EU cooperation, particularly under the GSP+ framework. The two sides also exchanged views on recent regional and international developments.
