1500th Mehfil-e-Wiladat-e-Syedul Ambiya ﷺ Held with Spiritual Enthusiasm

Luton, (Syed Razi Hassan Gillani) __ The 1500th Mehfil-e-Wiladat-e-Syedul Ambiya Syedna Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ was celebrated with profound reverence and devotion, successfully bringing together a diverse group of religious scholars, community leaders, and enthusiastic devotees for a spiritually enriching experience. The event was orchestrated under the esteemed guidance of Pir Syed Ghafoor Haider Gillani of Darbar Alia Panag Shareef, Kotli Azad Kashmir.

Syed Tauqeer Haider Sherazi hosted the Mehfil, with support from co-host Syed Razi Hassan Gillani, while the proceedings were skillfully conducted by Khalifa Haroon Rathore Baghdadi. The gathering was honored by the presence of Pir Syed Ghafoor Haider Gillani, who delivered an inspiring address as the chief guest.

Notable attendees included distinguished figures such as Professor Syed Gulzar Shah Bakhari, Professor Masood Akhtar Hazarvi, Mohammad Farooq and Riaz Butt, Azad Malik Nakyalvi, Malik Merban, Cllr Zahoor, Saibzada Akram Bahoo and many more, all contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the event.

The program opened with a beautiful recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Syed Ismayl Sherazi, setting a spiritually uplifting tone, followed by heartfelt Naats celebrating the glory of the Prophet ﷺ. The audience was captivated by the performances of internationally renowned Naat Khawans, including Qari Shahid (Chief Naat Khawan), Imran Ghous, Shamas Khan, Sajid Hashmi, and Junaid Javed, whose soulful renditions resonated deeply with all attendees.

Scholarly speeches illuminating the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet ﷺ were eloquently delivered by Professor Masood Hazarvi and other esteemed scholars, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for his monumental legacy.The Mehfil also embraced a special dua and a cake-cutting ceremony, where prayers were offered for the Isal-e-Sawab of Syed Tasir Haider Sherazi (RA), honoring his recent passing while traveling to Umrah.

A particularly poignant highlight of the event was the live Ziarat of sacred relics, including the Nalayn Mubarak of the Holy Prophet ﷺ and Maula Ali (AS), the Jubbah Mubarak of the Prophet ﷺ, Imam Ali (AS), and Imam Hussayn (AS), along with blessed strands of the Prophet’s hair. This profound moment allowed attendees to connect spiritually with their heritage.

The spiritually charged Mehfil concluded on a note of unity and harmony, with the distribution of a royal Langar, celebrating the essence of community and devotion shared by all present. This event not only commemorated a significant milestone but also reinforced the importance of gathering in faith and togetherness.
