Lahore, (TW News) __ Renowned educationist and Urdu language scholar Dr. Arfa Sayeda Zahra passed away in Lahore at the age of 83.
She completed her Master’s degree from Urdu Government College and later earned a Ph.D. in History from the East-West Center, University of Hawaii.
After completing her studies, Dr. Zehra dedicated her life to the field of education. She served as the Principal of Government College for Women, Gulberg, Lahore, from 1986 to 2009.
Dr. Arfa Sayeda Zehra was proficient in several languages and was widely respected for her contributions to education, literature, and culture.
Her passing has been deeply mourned by literary, social, cultural, political, and journalistic circles across Pakistan.
