Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif Arrives in Washington to Attend Board of Peace Meeting.

Washington, (Unib Rashid) __ Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has arrived in Washington to attend the Board of Peace meeting at the invitation of US President Donald Trump.

The Prime Minister is accompanied by a high-level Pakistani delegation, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is scheduled to participate in the Board of Peace session being held in Washington, where key global security and peace issues will be discussed. During his visit, meetings with senior US officials are also expected, focusing on bilateral relations, regional developments, and matters of mutual interest.

The visit reflects Pakistan’s active membership in the Board of Peace, its constructive role in promoting global peace, and its growing diplomatic engagement at the international level. Observers believe the visit could further strengthen Pakistan–US relations and enhance cooperation in multiple sectors.
