Islamabad, (Unib Rashid) __ NUST held its 35th Executive Council Meeting on Friday, 22 November 2025, chaired by Rector, Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif. The session brought together senior university leadership for a comprehensive review of ongoing initiatives, strategic priorities and institutional reforms currently underway.

During the meeting, Rector reiterated the importance of building futuristic systems and processes that strengthen NUST’s governance architecture, enhance agility and support long-term strategic goals. Discussions also encompassed academic quality, research competitiveness, digital transformation, campus development and student-centric reforms.

The meeting concluded with clear directives for follow-up actions ensuring sustained momentum towards a more innovative, responsive and future-aligned NUST.
