Allama Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti MBE Calls for Community Engagement in London Protest on August 5

London, (Shahzad Ali) __ Allama Qazi Abdul Aziz Chishti MBE, Secretary General of Markazi Jamaat Ahl-e-Sunnat UK & Europe (Overseas), has urged the Pakistani Kashmiri community in the UK to take part in the upcoming protest scheduled for August 5 in London.

This demonstration seeks to draw attention to the situation in Indian Held Kashmir, particularly in light of India’s decisions that have affected the region’s status. The British Kashmiri community intends to express its solidarity with the people of Jammu and Kashmir, who continue to face significant challenges.

At a recent gathering held at Jamia Islamia Ghausia in Luton, Allama Chishti led special prayers for the freedom of Kashmir.

The event was attended by several notable community figures, including Luton Conservative Party group leader Cllr Raja Mohammad Aslam, a former Mayor of Luton Riaz Butt, a well known Kashmiri Nationalist Leader, Solicitor Sadiq Subhani, Professor Mumtaz Butt and Professor Chaudhry Imtiaz,Malik Ejaz, Malik Rafique, Malik Liaqat, Mohammad Fayaz Qureshi, Qari Kamran, Arfan Khan, Raja Salaam, Chaudhry Tariq, Raja Asghar, Khaleefa Mehfoiz Butt and several other prominent community figures.

Renowned naat khawan Tasaddaq Rasool honored the gathering with his recitation, celebrating the legacy of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), followed by a collective recitation of Durood o Salam, emphasizing the unity and shared values within the community.
