Inaugural Ceremony of Pakistani Language and Cultural Organization Held in Dresden, Germany.

Dresden, (Mehwish Zafar) — The inaugural ceremony of a Pakistani Language and Cultural Organization was held in the German city of Dresden, drawing strong participation not only from Dresden but also from several other cities across Germany.

The event began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and a Naat. On this occasion, the organization’s president and office bearers welcomed distinguished guests from Dresden representing various sectors of integration, social cohesion, and community service.

Among the guests were representatives from the Integration Office, Dresden Foreigners Council, and several social welfare organizations, reflecting strong cooperation and intercultural harmony in the city.

A large number of Pakistani community members also attended from different German cities, including Nuremberg, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Lübeck, Chemnitz, and Berlin. Their participation highlighted the importance of unity, brotherhood, and cultural exchange within the diaspora community.

During the ceremony, Islamic scholar Dr. Tahir Yaseen from Jamia Sahaba Mosque, Nuremberg, delivered a spiritually uplifting address that deeply engaged the audience.

Children enthusiastically performed the Pakistani national anthem while waving flags, creating a patriotic atmosphere. Gifts were also distributed by Ms. Hamdan during the event.

At the conclusion of the program, renowned singer Ustad Shabbir Khan Gulo captivated the audience with performances of Qawwali, Ghazal, and Sufi music, which were widely appreciated by attendees.

The event concluded with heartfelt thanks from the hosts Rana Saqib Khalid, Kiran Rauf, Syed Mujtaba, Naheed Hamdan, Azam Rajput, Muhammad Shabbir, Arsalan Butt, Ali Hassan, Adeel Sahib, and their team, who appreciated all guests and supporters for making the occasion a memorable success.
