Ottawa : Canadian Member of Parliament Lee Taylor Roy has said that due to the recent situation in Pakistan, the mental health of the Pakistani community in Canada is being affected.
In the House of Parliament, Lee Taylor Roy said that Pakistani Canadians are concerned about the safety of their loved ones in Pakistan.
He added that Canada supports the right of the people to choose their own leaders through free and fair elections in Pakistan.
The Member of Parliament said that Canada and its allies should ensure the protection of human rights in Pakistan.
