PML-N Riyadh Region celebrates Pakistan Independence Day

Waqar Naseem Wamiq, Riyadh – The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Riyadh Region celebrated Pakistan Independence Day with great enthusiasm. Participants expressed their pride and identity as Pakistanis, marking the occasion with a specially designed cake.

The celebration took place at the PML-N House in Riyadh, where attendees waved the green flag to show their solidarity, love, and affection for their homeland. They emphasized the deep love and reverence that overseas Pakistanis hold for their country, and the belief that unity under the banner of “Azm-e-Istehqam” is essential to achieving national goals.

Mahmood-ul-Haq Dogar, the acting president of PML-N Saudi Arabia, and Adnan Iqbal Butt, the president of the Riyadh Region, highlighted the vital role patriotic Pakistanis play in strengthening and stabilizing the country.

They also saluted the Pakistan Armed Forces for their sacrifices in protecting the nation’s integrity. The leaders expressed their support for Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his team, led by Mian Nawaz Sharif, in overcoming the challenges facing Pakistan.

The event featured speeches including G.M. Awan, Makhdoom Amin Tajir, Ahsan Masood, Fazal Rahim Safi, and Ilyas Rahim. The celebration concluded with the cutting of a cake to honor Pakistan’s Independence Day.
