VIENNA : Organized by Minhaj-ul-Qur’an International Vienna Austria, a grand Eid Milad-ul-Nabi conference was held on Sunday, October 16 at the Minhaj Center Vienna. In which a large number of men, women and children, heads of political, religious and social organizations of the Pakistani community from all over Austria, the lovers of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) participated.
The chief guest of the conference was Allama Abdul Sattar Siraj from Manchester, England, while the program was presided over by the president of Minhaj Al-Quran Austria, Sheikh Mehboob Alam. Director of Minhaj Al-Quran Austria Professor Mudassar Hussain Awan performed the duties of the stage secretary in the program.
The gathering started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. After the recitation of the Holy Quran, among those who presented Naat Rasool Maqbool (peace be upon him) were the famous and well-known naat khans of Europe, Ghulam Mustafa Naimi, Haji Akbar and Shehr Yar Khan.
Short speech Allama Hafeez Al-Azhari, the preacher of Noor Islamic Center, explained the Shariah status of Milad-ul-Nabi (PBUH) in the light of Quran and Hadith. A special address was given by Allama Abdul Sattar Siraj who came from Manchester.
He said in his address that my heart was happy to see such a big gathering in Vienna, I heartily congratulate the administration for organizing this program. He further said that today the Muslims living all over the world are showing their love for the Holy Prophet by celebrating Eid Milad-ul-Nabi (peace be upon him). Indeed, our last prophet, Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him) was sent as a mercy to the world and we are proud to be his ummah. From the beginning of the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, the colors of Minhaj-ul-Qur’an centers around the world are visible.
Lovers of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) organize birthday parties and celebrations. It is obligatory on every Muslim to celebrate the birthday of Aga Du Jahan (peace be upon him). There is no greater joy in the world than the birth of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). It should be kept in mind that the birthday of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is celebrated not only by the Muslims of today, but also in the distant and recent past with great enthusiasm and organization.
This day has been celebrated. Allah Almighty has declared the holy person of you ﷺ as the best example for us. At the end of the gathering, everyone presented the gift of Salat and Salam together and the director of Minhaj Al-Qur’an Austria Prof. Mudassar Hussain Awan offered special prayers for the country of Pakistan and the attendees. A special banquet was organized at the end of the event.
Minhaj Langar Committee played an important role in the distribution of Langar. At the end of the program, President Minhaj Al-Qur’an Austria Sheikh Mehboob Alam thanked all the people for participating in the event.
