Movie ‘Kamli’ featuring Saba Qamar will be premiering at the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) 2023 in Europe.
.Khoosat Films announced the development through their Instagram official page. They wrote: “We are so excited to announce that ‘Kamli’ will finally be premiering in Europe at the esteemed International Film Festival Rotterdam ‘23 @iffr, where it has been selected for the Limelight Programme.”
Sarmad Khoosat’s ‘Kamli’ is a story based on love, loss, and cloaked secrets. Directed by Sarmad Sultan Khoosat, the movie besides Saba Qamar, the feminocentric romantic thriller features Hamza Khawaja, Sania Saeed, Omair Rana, and Nimra Bucha in the leading roles.
Kamli is the second film under the banner of Khoosat Films. Saba has previously worked in Sarmad’s film Manto in 2015 and the two were seen in the drama serial Baaghi in 2017.
On the work front, Saba Qamar will be returning to the small screen with an upcoming project ‘Tumhare Husn Ke Naam’. Her movie ‘Ghabrana Nahi Hai’ did well at the box office. Starring Qamar, Zahid Ahmed, Syed Jibran and Nayyer Ijaz in the lead role, the film is directed by Saqib Khan.
