Earlier in 2021 the Newham Council awarded Junaid with the CHAMPION AWARD and recent past in 2024 HOPE 4 HUMANITY won the EAST LONDON HEROIC AWARD, awarded by NOON & ROTARY STRATFORD.

These endeavors, extending support across the London boroughs of Barking, Dagenham, and the Royal London Borough of Greenwich, have led to the distribution of Over Hundred and Fifty thousand Food parcels, underscoring the organization’s commitment and expansive reach.
Junaid’s leadership has also been pivotal in addressing the essential needs of the community, providing indispensable advice on debt, welfare benefits, and housing, coupled with specialized care guidance. His strategic acumen was notably demonstrated in a sensitive intervention involving a domestic abuse case, where Junaid ensured the provision of comprehensive support while prioritizing anonymity and safety.
The inception of Hope 4 Humanity’s weekly Law Clinic under Junaid’s guidance stands as a testament to his commitment to inclusivity and support for all community members. This initiative has been invaluable, particularly for the most vulnerable, including asylum seekers, offering legal advice in family and immigration law.
In response to the challenges post-COVID-19 and the current cost of living crisis, Junaid spearheaded the launch of the Warm Haven Hub. Junaid’s vision extends beyond local efforts, with Hope 4 Humanity’s global outreach having provided on-ground support in flood-affected areas of Pakistan and plans for expansion into Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The Well Newham project, a collaboration with local authorities, marks a significant milestone in Hope 4 Humanity’s journey under Junaid’s leadership. Junaid Ali’s leadership journey began in March 2020 when he, alongside friends, formed a Community Volunteering group in response to the spread of COVID-19. This initiative marked the inception of a comprehensive community support service, ranging from picking up prescriptions to food shopping and delivery at the doorstep. With the easing of the lockdown, Junaid established the Food Bank in Newham, continuing to support those affected by COVID-19.
